Now available at Camalot Amsterdam and Belgium: the Second Reef Coral Anamorphic lenses – a stunning new set of full-frame 1.5x anamorphic primes.

These lenses bring a modern yet organic look to anamorphic cinematography, combining precision mechanics with character-rich optical performance. Built from the ground up by Second Reef, the Coral series offers filmmakers full-frame anamorphic coverage with excellent sharpness, smooth bokeh, and beautiful flares — all while remaining compact and lightweight enough for versatile use.

We currently have the 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 90mm focal lengths in-house, making it a well-balanced set for a wide range of storytelling needs. With their consistent 1.5x squeeze, these lenses deliver the classic anamorphic feel while maintaining compatibility with a variety of aspect ratios — ideal for both cinematic and commercial work.

The Coral Anamorphics strike a unique balance between character and control. You’ll get subtle barrel distortion, pleasing fall-off, and that creamy anamorphic look — all without compromising sharpness or color fidelity.
