Description

This Ultra version of the Speed Booster lets Canon EF-mount lenses be used on Sony E-mount cameras while increasing light transmission and reducing effective focal length more aggressively than the standard Speed Booster. It's used to gain close to a full extra stop and a half of light along with a notably wider effective field of view compared to a standard adapter. Its refined internal optics improve sharpness and reduce aberrations compared to earlier Speed Booster generations. It's compatible with Sony Super35 E-mount cinema and mirrorless cameras in our fleet. It suits productions using EF-mount lenses on Sony E-mount Super35 cameras that want maximum low-light gain and wide-angle coverage from the adapter.
