Lowbowl Mitchel Base

Description

This low-angle Mitchell base adapter mounts between a tripod and a Mitchell-mount head, letting the camera be positioned much closer to the ground than the tripod legs alone would allow. It's used for low-angle shots where a standard tripod leg spread can't get the camera low enough. It's compatible with fluid heads using the Mitchell mount standard, common on heavier cinema camera setups such as the Cartoni Master 65. It suits narrative and commercial productions using Mitchell-mount heads that need very low camera positions without switching to a dedicated low-mode support system.
