Laowa Probe Lens 24mm f14 PL mount

Description

This 24mm f/14 2x macro probe lens uses a long, waterproof barrel to reach into tight or hard-to-access spaces while keeping a wide, roughly 84-degree field of view that shows background context around the macro subject. Its 2x magnification and close focusing distance of about 2cm make it suited to extreme close-up work that standard macro lenses can't achieve without losing the surrounding scene. Manual focus and de-clicked aperture make it usable with follow focus systems in cine-mod configurations. The PL mount version fits directly onto most cinema cameras in our fleet. It suits productions needing macro insert shots, small-space photography or an unusual wide-angle macro perspective.
