Description

Kolari infrared filters pass near-infrared light while blocking most of the visible spectrum, enabling dramatic IR photography and cinematography with full-spectrum or IR-converted digital cameras. Each wavelength produces a distinct look: 590nm: vibrant false colours with golden foliage and deep blue skies — requires post-processing. 665nm: the sweet spot between colour and contrast, producing light-yellow leaves or the classic white-IR look. 720nm: the classic IR filter — dark blue skies, good dynamic range, versatile for both colour and black-and-white work. 850nm: deep infrared for maximum black-and-white contrast, bright whites and pronounced darks, close to pure B&W straight from camera.
