Description

This LUT box applies a 3D LUT (look-up table) to an incoming SDI or HDMI signal in real time, letting the crew view footage on set with a chosen color look applied without altering the original recorded image. It's used to give the director, DP and other crew an accurate preview of the intended final grade while shooting log or RAW footage that otherwise looks flat. Its compact housing sits inline in the video path between camera and monitor. Standard BNC and HDMI connectors keep it compatible with common cinema camera and monitor setups. It suits narrative and commercial productions that want an accurate on-set color preview without baking the look into the recorded file.
