Description

This mini converter changes an SDI signal's resolution or scan format, converting up, down or cross between HD standards such as 1080i, 1080p and 720p. It's used when a camera's native output format doesn't match what a downstream monitor, recorder or switcher expects. Its compact housing mounts easily inline in a cable run or on a small rig. Standard BNC connectors keep it compatible with common broadcast and cinema equipment. It suits multicam and broadcast productions mixing cameras or equipment with different native HD formats.
