Arri Alura LDS 1.4x Extender PL (T+1)

Description

This 1.4x extender fits between a PL-mount lens and the camera body, increasing focal length by 1.4x at a cost of one stop of light (T+1). Built specifically for ARRI's Alura zoom lenses, it carries LDS (Lens Data System) metadata through to the camera, keeping focus distance and other lens data accurate even with the extender attached. It's a lighter, faster alternative to the 2x extender when only a modest reach increase is needed. It's compatible with ARRI Alura zoom lenses and PL-mount cinema cameras in our fleet. It suits productions using Alura zooms that need extra telephoto reach without switching to a longer lens.
