Description

This anamorphic zoom covers 56-152mm at a constant T4 aperture with a 2x anamorphic squeeze, extending the anamorphic Optimo range into longer focal lengths. Its 114mm front diameter matches other lenses in the Optimo Anamorphic A-Series for consistent filter and mattebox setups. The 2x squeeze produces the characteristic oval bokeh and horizontal flare streaks associated with anamorphic cinematography. The PL mount fits directly onto most cinema cameras in our fleet. It suits feature and commercial productions building a full anamorphic zoom package alongside the wider 30-72mm Optimo Anamorphic.
